Urine Gone! has become popular because its one of those “as seen on TV” products. This one comes with its own black-light to help you detect stains. Urine Gone! makes most of the same claims that Out! does. It has special enzyme action that is effective at cat urine odor removal and the removal of other stains such as blood, vomit, grass, red wine, etc. $12.95 for 24oz. Hey, if it doesn't work on cat urine you can always have fun using the black-light around the bed room!

There are many other products on the market that claim much the same as these. Its really a matter of finding one that works for you. You might find that good old Febreze gets the job just as well as the rest of these. Another thing you can try is vinegar. Vinegar is kind of like baking soda in that it is very versatile. Supposedly there are 175 different uses for the stuff but whose counting right? To use vinegar to remove a stain take a small amount and rub it into stain. Let it dry and then vacuum. I always recommend trying this out on a spot of carpet or fabric that can't be seen so you can be sure that it won't ruin anything.
