Ralph Lauren Polo Backpack

Looking for a Polo backpack?  They aren't easy to find and I've only seen two options available.  One of those options claims to be a Ralph Lauren backpack and maybe it is but I failed to find it on the companies website so proceed with caution.

Polo by Ralph Lauren is one of the most recognizable brands in the world and can be found in nearly every mall in the United States.  Usually one of the big department stores in the mall will have a Polo section.  The most recognizable items they sell are their Polo shirts with the embroidery of a Polo player stitched to them as well as their rugby shirts.  In fact the brand is so popular that the term Polo shirt has become a catch all term for that particular style that most every shirt manufacture produces.  But we are here to talk backpacks and more specifically Ralph Lauren backpacks.

The photo is of the only backpack I could locate on the Ralph Lauren website. It's made of canvas and comes in a variety of colors but is designed for children and most likely too small for an adult's use. The cost is a little over $100 which is normal for a designer backpack. In fact, some designers charge much more. This particular backpack has the very distinctive Polo logo and has the typical clean and uncluttered design associated with Polo. Your child may be small but he or she will look sharp and business ready with this backpack.

There is another backpack online that claims to be a Ralph Lauren Black Label backpack. Like I said earlier, maybe it is but it's not on the official website and only costs $50 which may be a red flag. However, expensive designers often create a cheaper label to reach a wider audience. Think Armani Exchange in place of straight up Armani.

Well, even if you are a bit disappointed in the backpack options, there are more available items out there. Ralph Lauren totes are quite popular and you can't go wrong with a Ralph Lauren purse or wallet. I personally bought a track jacket not too long ago with an over-sized Polo logo on it. It's quite eye catching and I have received a number of compliments on it. I also happen to be quite fond of their fragrances. Amazon carries all of these items at a discount to what you will find in the mall, and let's be honest, who wants to go to the mall anymore?
